tawkon’s RRI™ (Real-time Radiation Indication) Technology
Leveraging various smart-phone capabilities such as the built-in Bluetooth, motion and proximity sensors, GPS and compass, tawkon's RRI™ patent pending technology alerts the user when radiation level cross a predefined threshold and provides simple, non-intrusive suggestions to reduce exposure to radiation.
Mobile phone users are not exposed to high levels of radiation all the time. tawkon is the only application that recognizes when radiation exposure has increased, and provide specific suggestions to minimize exposure to mobile phone radiation based on the user’s real time environmental and usage parameters.
tawkon therefore gives users the freedom to continue using their mobile phone as usual, while providing all the required information to take precautionary action to minimize exposure to mobile phone radiation just as needed.
tRi™ (tawkon Radiation Indication) units denote the absorbed cellular radiation by the user while incorporating three key parameters:
Phone SAR – different for each phone model (W/Kg)
Dynamic environmental conditions – rural versus urban area, mobility, distance from Cellular Base Station (BTS/Node-B), terrain, etc
Personal phone usage – the way the user holds the phone, distance from the user’s head/body, etc.
The patent-pending RF component of the tawkon technology was developed and tested by and in collaboration with In4Tel Ltd, a tawkon strategic partner. |
